BEPP TDC prepares and conducts in-service training activities (INSETs) as part of on-going training for instructors. The content of such trainings is determined according to the end of year reports on trainer and admin observations, instructors’ formal and informal feedback. INSETs mainly focus on a particular teaching skill (e.g. Reading INSET, Listening INSET, etc.)
INSETs are mandatory for newly recruited instructors. Existing instructors sign up to attend voluntarily. They are usually designed to last 4 weeks. The participants receive a certificate of attendance upon completion.
